Mechanical manufacturing

Meccano has a laboratory equipped with the main machineries and two CNC mills with working ranges up to 1200 mm.
Thanks to the direct passage of the programs developed by the CAM area to the CNC, Meccano can quickly perform metal manufacturing (mold parts, prototypes, small series, etc.) or other materials such as plastics, resins etc. to obtain aesthetic and functional prototypes made by the same material as the definitive one, even in large dimensions.
Meccano is also a Laser Welding Center with YAG laser power source (2 KW power) with torch mounted on 5 + 2 axis anthropomorphic robots.
